The shower in our room kept leaking onto the floor no matter what we did, leaving our towels constantly drenched. Despite this, the location was close to many attractions and the room was spacious and comfortable. I'll recommend this hotel.

Great location for exploring the city, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable pillows, amazing French toast, and a clean, updated bathroom with an awesome shower.
Felt cozy, no complaints whatsoever.

location was amazing, with easy access to the beach, river walk, and downtown. the hotel room had an updated bathroom with a great shower, and the staff, especially Alecia from Mexico, were very friendly. Our room was clean and the historic, traditional style of Millennium added to the experience. Walking distance to everything, including the main central area and Michigan Avenue.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic, right at the end of the Magnificent Mile in the 60's overnight. We were able to easily walk to all the best stores in Chicago and enjoy the famous Drake Hotel. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and ironing facilities. We also appreciated the 24-hour reception and the on-site bar/ lounge area.
That the carpets in the hotel were in need of a deep clean. They appeared dirty and had an unpleasant smell in the hallways.

the property was very clean and in the perfect location - right at the end of the magnificent mile for easy shopping. everything was within walking distance and easily accessible to bus and train station. the front desk staff was the most friendly and supportive.
